The main challenge was to naturally integrate brand values and it's vision into the event concept and educate the Ignitis employees about the new brand and it's main idea.
In order to spread the message about the brand and its values we decided to use the event activities as a medium. We have chosen each activity based on the each brand value and distributed them across 4 separate activity areas. That way each employee could not only learn the values but experience them in the form of entertainment.
All 4 activation zones offered a wide range of activities, suitable for everyone's taste - those who prefer to stay active had a chance to participate in sports championships and even try out various obstacle courses. For others, we had prepared a plenty of artistic, educational and even spiritual occupations.
