Founded in 1975, ”Microsoft” is the worldwide leader in devices and services that help people and businesses realize their full potential.

Goal

Great cooperation is one of the most important business strengths. That is why every year “Microsoft Lithuania” expresses their appreciation for the businesses they are moving forward with and gives us a task to organize and manage an annual Partner Days conference.

Challenge

Our main challenge was to make sure that the official conference, informal dinner & awards parts of the event run smoothly. Also, that any chosen location represents the brand in best quality.

Yearly the event moved to different spaces, each of them being modern and aesthetically pleasing. 2015 - "Kempinski" hotel; 2016 - The Lithuanian National Gallery of Art; 2017 - "Esperanza Resort" in Trakai, Lithuania. With these locations we've perfectly combined an official conference format with festive awards and an informal dinner, all of them were transformed to represent the brnad and spirit of the event.

We've managed to make everything from the invitations, additional pre-communication, program stands and product expositions, till the special lighting to be fully branded from top to bottom – creating an exceptional brand recognition and a true feeling of Microsoft.
