“Nestlé” is the world’s largest food and beverage company. Nestlé Professional is dedicated to helping grow food service businesses. Brands NESCAFÉ Milano and NESCAFÉ ALEGRIA push the coffee industry to new heights with a selection of high-quality products and accessories.

Goal

We were asked by “Nestlé Baltics” to create a concept for presenting two brand new commercial coffee machines: Nescafé Alegria & Nescafé Milano. The main focus was to showcase the new and sophisticated "Milano" and "Alegria" coffee machines, dedicated to small bars and coffee shop owners' attention.

Challenge

As the presentation took place in the BaltGastro'16 - shops, restaurants & hotel equipment B2B exhibition, we've put into action our brand area design skills. The main challenge was to make the lounge zone design exceptionally visible - to stand out from all other fair's participants by offering an eye-catching and outstanding impact on the passers-by.

The Concept

We've created two visual concepts representing the "Milano" and "Alegria" machines and mixed them in one big lounge - imitating a stylish café. This idea, already from the outside, gave a deep feeling of what Nestlé Professional is about. Large area size was the focal factor to reach the audience at a first glance. Windows and doors made the area seem like a small lounge where the coffee machines met their respective destination environment.

Brand ambassadors' task to promote and educate fair participants was enhanced by the opportunity of gathering the target audience already from the outside of the lounge. They've explained all the details about the machines' features for the visitors over a cup of delicious coffee.
